Bible Journaling - Tracing if You Can't Draw
I have hosted a couple of Bible journaling workshops and the first comment I usually get is: "I can't draw." I am here to tell you that you do NOT have to be an artist to be creative in your journaling. In addition to other ways I have showed you, such as doodling, stamps, stickers, and using printables; you can also trace onto your pages.

How to Bible Journal in a Travelers Notebook
I am partnering with DaySpring to share a look at the new Illustrated Faith devotional kit. All thoughts and opinions are my own. This post contains affiliate links, which means I receive a small financial compensation if you make a purchase using this link.
Do you love to Bible journal, but do not always want to lug all of your supplies with you? I recently have started using a traveler's notebook, which does not take up as much space and I can throw it in my purse when I am on the go.

DIY Pom Pom Mermaid Beach Tote

We are headed to the beach in a couple of weeks and I can never have enough tote bags to carry our towels, snacks, and other beach essentials! I picked up this plain, neon tote on a recent trip to the Dollar Tree with the plan of making it cute! I decide to use my Cricut Explore Air and Iron-on Vinyl to "mermaid" it up a bit!
Last year at the beach, I bought a tank top that said "Mermaid Off Duty" which is why I picked that saying. I wanted to keep the design simple, so I chose a clam shell image from the Cricut Library.

How To Create a Relaxing Outdoor Space
Summer is upon us, which means longer days, spending time outside, and cookouts with family and friends! Since we have a pool, we spend a lot of time on the deck so I want it to be a relaxing place.
We recently made some updates to our deck by tearing out the planter that was falling apart on the landing and adding an extra seating area.
