I have to confess that I am a bikini girl. Even though I am approaching 40, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life and feel comfortable in my body. My body is far from perfect; I have more of a 12-pack than a 6-pack, stretch marks, and a little extra meat on my bones, but I am healthy and strong. I say all this to encourage each one of you to be proud of your bodies and not afraid to wear any type of swim suit you are comfortable in.
