You all know that I love yoga and actually teach Body Flow, which is a yoga fusion class. When Cricut challenged their bloggers to come up with t-shirt collections, I knew I had to make a yoga themed one! I created all three of these shirts over the last few months and am excited to finally share them with you here and show you how you can make your own yoga shirt collection if you have Cricut Design Space.

Live your best life by making a yoga themed shirt collection using my custom designs in Cricut Design Space!

All three designs can be used on t-shirts or tank tops and can be sized to fit any shirt. I think the quotes are also fun to wear, even if you don't practice yoga.

It is no secret that I love my Cricut and customizing all the things! When I saw Kristen from A Girl and Her Glitter use iron on vinyl on a yoga mat, I had to try it. It was the perfect project for me to try out using my new Cricut EasyPress and SportFlex vinyl.

Did you know you could use iron on with a yoga mat? I used the new SportFlex Iron on and my Cricut EasyPress to customize a yoga mat!
I have been wanting to try the EasyPress for a while, so I was excited to receive one, along with an EasyPress mat as part of the Cricut blogger program.

What To Wear To Barre Class

These clothes have been provided to me by Fabletics through Brandcycle, but all opinions are 100% my own. I have been taking Barre classes for about a year at my local YMCA and lately I have gotten several questions about it, when posting about it in my Instagram stories. Barre is a ballet-based full body workout, which targets the lower body, abs, and arms. One of the questions I have gotten is what to wear, so I am here to break it down for you today.

If you are just getting started on your fitness journey and need affordable, stylish workout gear, check out Fabletics.

Barre Themed Shirts Using Iron On Vinyl

I stay fit by taking several classes a week at my local YMCA, including Barre, Yoga, and PiYo. Obviously, I still want to look fashionable while working out, so I am always on the hunt for cute tees and tanks I can wear. After seeing a couple of my instructors wearing tank tops with barre quotes on them, I was inspired to DIY my own. I picked up a few $5 Mossimo tank tops at Target and got to work.

DIY your own barre themed shirt with $5 tank tops from Target and Iron on Vinyl from Cricut.

My Yoga Essentials

This post contains affiliate links for your convenience.

I have been practicing yoga for around three years, but I have to confess that I was not always a fan. My friend had been trying to get me to go with her for several years, but honestly, I thought it was basically stretching, with some chanting and meditation thrown in.  Boy, was I wrong!!  Now, I try to fit in yoga three times a week and I feel like my body is in the best shape ever at almost 40!
