Easy DIY Leash Organizer
I was tired of fumbling around looking for the dog harness and leash in the utility closet, so I decided to make this easy organizer, using supplies I already had on hand.

Craft Room Organization - (One Room Challenge) Week 4
I am back with the progress on my Craft Corner for the One Room Challenge. To refresh your memory, this is a twice a year blogger event hosted by Linda at Calling It Home, that consists of 20 featured designers and over 150 guest participants showcasing a room makeover that they have to complete in just 6 weeks.
I skipped posting last week, because I honestly did not have time to make much progress. I am still waiting on the floor paint from Rust-Oleum that they are generously sending me. (Since it is a new product, there have been some delays.) In the meantime, I have been trying to organize my craft supplies a little better...mainly the rolls of vinyl, card stock, and chipboard. I have moved things around half a dozen times and think I have finally settled on a system...for now.

3 Ideas For a Girls Craft Party
I received product from Deflecto in exchange for hosting a Tryazon Party, but all opinions are my own.
It is no secret that I love crafting and craft organization, so when I had an opportunity to review a new line of craft organization products AND get crafty with a few of my girlfriends, I jumped at the chance. If you have not heard of Tryazon, it is a website dedicated to getting innovative products into people’s hands, in fun settings like this. They offer excellent product samples and savings for all who participate.
First let me tell you about the organizers. Deflecto creates storage products that help people stay organized at home, work, or on-the-go. Deflecto’s products have clear sides, allowing you to be able to see what is stored inside. They all work together to make the ultimate craft room!

Scrap Wood Hat Rack
My son never liked wearing baseball caps until the last year. Once he started accumulating hats and hanging them on his curtain rods, I decided I needed to make him a rack for them. Since we have a ton of scrap wood, I started racking my brain on how to use what I had on hand to make a hat rack.
After looking on Pinterest for inspiration, I ended up on this simple design using a common 1" x 8" board and square molding.

DIY Clipboard Wall Art
I took a break from the Craft and Create With Cricut Challenge last month, but I am back with an easy project for you today. This month's theme is Home Decor and I am re-purposing a clipboard into wall art, using paint and pattered iron-on vinyl. It is the perfect addition to a gallery wall or office area.

Geometric Painted Cork Boards
My office at work recently got a new coat of paint, which made me want to spruce up my decor a little. I have a couple of large bulletin boards in my office, so I thought I would make them pretty with coordinating paint colors. This project is super easy, yet makes a big impact! This is the perfect back to school project, as it gives you a place to organize all the forms and school schedules. You can paint it to match your Command Center, office space, or homework area.

Missing Sock DIY for Laundry Room
Raise your hand if you have a pile of socks missing a mate. Every week I have at least one sock that goes missing and I usually just throw it in the drawer and hope I find it's mate in the next wash, but sometimes it gets buried under the other socks never to be seen again! I decided to make a fun piece of chalkboard wall decor for our new laundry room, that also would hold the socks missing a mate.

How to Create Vinyl Labels
I recently shared my newly organized craft nook with you, but I felt like something was missing. I decided to use my Cricut to make custom labels for my craft containers and rolling cart. I used a pretty holographic vinyl to match my Cricut Explore Air.

Creating an Organized Craft Space in a Small Area
I am partnering with Oriental Trading to bring you tips on organizing your craft supplies. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
I am back with the third post in my Home Organization Series, with tips on Creating an Organized Craft Space in a Small Area. I do not have an extra room in my house to devote to crafting, so I am stealing a corner in the basement to turn into a crafting nook. Previously, I had my craft supplies in totes and would craft on the dining room table, which was not optimal.

How to Organize Paint and Supplies
Welcome back to the second in my series of Home Organization posts! Previously, I shared how to declutter and store your holiday decor and wrapping supplies. Today I am going to tackle the dreaded paint closet. If you are a DIYer like me, you probably have a ton of paint cans, jars, and sprays in several sizes. Not to mention, you also have all the related supplies such as brushes, rollers, roller holders, poles, pans, and cups! We are lucky enough to have a closet area under our basement stairs to store these in, but how do I keep it organized?

Creative Planner Organization Ideas
It is no secret that I love my planner and ways to stay organized, as I have written about it in several posts. When my friend Ashley, from The Mixed Bag, recently contacted me to see if I would be interested in reviewing some planner items she received as part of the Busy B Ambassador Program, I jumped at the chance! After all, I am going to need a new one in a few weeks for 2018!
Here are some of the items I received and how I plan to use them. I actually have two planners...one that I use at work and one that is my personal/blog one that I carry in my purse.

How to Create an Inspiring Office Space
If you are like me, you probably spend quite a bit of time in front of your computer. Because of this, I want my office space to be organized, functional, and inspiring. You may remember I stole a corner of our Living Room to create an office nook several months ago.
Now that I have been working there for a while, I have made a few changes to the original space to make it more inspiring and functional.

How to Organize A Small Closet for Under $50
This post contains affiliate links, which means I receive a small financial compensation if you make a purchase using this link.
How many of you are tired of digging through your messy closet to try to find something to wear? I for one can relate! Since our home was built in the 60's we do not have the luxury of walk-in closets in our bedroom. I am grateful that we at least have two closets in the master bedroom, otherwise my husband's wardrobe would be out of luck! (Sorry, Honey!) I finally got fed up and decided I was going to organize my small closet once and for all...and I did it for under $50!

Bible Journaling - Organizing Your Supplies
This post contains affiliate links for your convenience
I have been Bible Journaling for about two years now and have collected an assortment of supplies. I use everything from colored pencils, paints, gelatos, and stamps to stickers and other ephemera. Up until recently, I had everything thrown in a medium sized basket and it was kind of a mess. When I saw the Everything Beautiful Bible Journaling Bag from DaySpring I knew I HAD to have it!
