What to Wear for New Year's Eve

New Year's is right around the corner and truth be told, it has been several years since I actually got dolled up and went out. Even so, it is one of the few times of year that you have an excuse to go all out and wear your most glamorous outfit.

If you are not sure what to wear, I have 3 New Year's Eve Outfit options for you that I have worn in the past.

Black Lace dress with Silver Accessories

Dance the night away in style with a black lace dress with silver lining peeking through. Pair it with silver heels, sequin trimmed clutch, sparkly rhinestone bracelets, and cluster bead necklace for a sexy look.

Strapless Midi-gown with Rhinestone Accessories

You will look like a princess in a midnight blue strapless dress with tulle overlay and satin sash, decorated with rhinestones and paired with strappy rhinestone-encrusted sandals. Accessorize this classic look with a strand of pearls, teardrop earrings, crystal bracelet, and black satin clutch. (This is my personal favorite!)

Red Sequined Tank with Black Palazzo Pants

If you are not going to a formal event, but still want to kick your look up a notch, you can add some sparkle with a red sequined tank paired with wide-legged palazzo pants. Forego the strappy heels for patent leather, oxford-style heels for a more conservative look. Accessorize the look with a classic black clutch and ruby red jewelry. You could also throw on a leather moto jacket for an edgier look.

  1. My favorite is #3 - although it was a close call with that beautiful blue dress :)

    1. Yes, the blue dress is stunning, but I also love the red sequins!
