Spring weather is around the corner and it is time to start thinking about putting away the heavy wool coats, sweater dresses, and sweaters. I usually try to dry clean the ones that got a lot of wear over the Winter, but that gets expensive. I have found a cheaper option that works just as well, and you can do it at home!
Let me introduce you to Dryel At-Home Dry Cleaner. For around $10, you get the Dryel fabric care bag, four cleaning clothes, Stain Pen, and Odor & Wrinkle Releaser, which will clean up to 20 items.
I don't know about you, but I can't take 20 pieces to the dry cleaner for $10! The best part is that you can multitask! Throw your special care garments in the dryer while you wash a regular load of laundry.
Using Dryel is as easy as 1-2-3
Zip it
If you have a garment with a stain, pre-treat with the Booster spray. Place your garments and one of the ULTRAcleaning clothes in the reusable fabric bag. Only fill the bag half full, up to five pieces.
Steam it
Place in the dryer and set it on medium heat for about 15-30 minutes. The heat activates the cloth to release the cleaning agents that refresh and renew your clothing.
Wear it
Remove the bag from the dryer, discard the cleaning cloth, and take out your pieces. Go ahead and hang them to help remove wrinkles or fold them; you may still have to iron depending on the material. Your clothes are now ready the next time you want to wear them, and you don't have to worry about forgetting them at the dry cleaners! (I know I am not the only one that does that!)
Once you have cleaned all your sweaters, coats, and dresses, you are free to pack them away in your closet until next Winter!

I used Dryel on the hubby's suits. They help save money on dry cleaning costs.
