Blogging With Intention - Goal Assessment

I have been joining with friends over at Sweet Tea, LLC for a monthly link-up where we share our blogging goals, which keeps us accountable to each other. This month I will be sharing how things went for  April and set a plan for what I want to accomplish during the month of May.

Here is how I did on last month's goals:
  • Finished reading the eBook by Abby from Just a Girl and her BlogBuilding a Framework: The Ultimate Blogging Handbook and have been using some of the printables to help organize my blog information and keep track of my monthly stats
  • Finished Kirsten's e-course on Google Drive and implemented some of her tips, such as organizing my folders and setting up sheets to keep track of my blog payments
  • Joined two more Pinterest group boards and two blogger Facebook Groups
  • I got my first PAID post through Social Fabric (I literally did a happy dance!)
  • Bought my ticket for Haven Conference in Atlanta...I am super excited to be attending my first blogger conference with one of my besties Melanie (It Happens in a Blink)

What I am working on for next month:
  • Finish the post for my collaboration with a paint retailer
  • Continue applying for paid posts, especially since I have one under my belt now
  • Continue working on gaining new email subscribers
  • Continue to work on my Pinterest strategy...I upgraded my Buffer account so I can start scheduling Pins
  • Design and order business cards for my blog

I hope you will join me with setting your own goals for 2016!  Feel free to link up with me at Sweet Tea, LLC if you are a fellow blogger who needs some encouragement in achieving your goals!

  5. Great idea for blogging communities with the purpose of encouraging each other and keeping each other accountable.

Thanks for sharing your goals. They certainly define being intentional with blogging, but in a manageable way.
